Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy
- All orders require full pre-payment to reserve the desired date. 50% of the total payment is non-refundable.
- A 3.5% transaction fee will be added to your invoice for payments made using a credit card and PayPal.
- Orders are only confirmed once the payment is received.
Order Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations made 7 days prior to the pick-up date will receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds will be provided for orders cancelled with less than 7 days’ notice.
- If a prepaid order is not collected by the customer on the pre-arranged date, no refund will be given.

Order Changes
- You can change your order up to 14 days prior to your pick-up date.
Damage
- We provide care and handling instructions in writing. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs after pick-up or delivery.
Storing, Serving and Leftovers
- Buttercream-Based Frosting Cakes:
If you plan to enjoy your buttercream cake within 3 hours of pick-up, store it at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and heat.
Otherwise, refrigerate the cake and take it out about an hour before serving, as cakes often taste better at room temperature.
- Cakes with Fondant Decorations:
Remove fondant decorations before serving. While the fondant itself is edible, some decorations may contain toothpicks. Be cautious when giving these to children.
- Whipped Cream (Slagroom) Based Cakes (e.g., Swiss Roll) and Cheesecake:
Refrigerate these cakes and serve them chilled.
- Leftover Sweets:
Store any leftover sweets in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
For longer storage, consider placing them in the freezer.
Ingredients
- Some cakes use seasonal ingredients and certain specialty imported items. If we are unable to purchase them, we will contact you immediately to select a different flavor or offer a refund.
Illness or Unavoidable Circumstances
- If we are unable to prepare your sweets due to illness or unavoidable circumstances, we will inform you beforehand and will give you 100% refund.
Designs
- We strive to create unique designs with our personal touch. If you use our designs to create your cakes, we would appreciate it if you gave us credit.
- Please note that we may not be able to achieve the exact color you want due to the pigmentation of food coloring.
Customer Dissatisfaction
- We are committed to good customer service and want to ensure you are happy with our products. If you are not satisfied, please email us within 7 days of picking up the cake.
- We will respond with a solution within 3 working days. We will only process complaints submitted within 7 days of pick-up.
