I’ve been ordering from Mas for years, and she also made our wedding cake, which, even after a year in the freezer, still tasted like it’s made the day before. Her cake is moist, not overly sweet like some cakes I would find in the bakery, and she has eyes for details. Personally, for something artisanal like her baked goods, the price is reasonable!!
She also makes customized cake like gluten-free, lactose-free, and I barely taste the difference. She is that kind of baker that combines science and art, which makes her cakes display such signature in terms of taste and texture. For any occasion, from birthdays, celebrations or when you feel like you need a good dose of sweetness, I would definitely recommend her cakes!
